We stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied. If Calert isn’t the right fit for any reason, you can request a full refund within **14 days of your initial subscription payment**. This guarantee applies to your first purchase of either the **Pro** or **Teams** plan.
Simply send an email to our support team at support@crosetta.com. Please include the email address associated with your Calert account. We will process your request within 3-5 business days, and the refund will appear on your original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for recurring subscription payments after the initial 14-day period has passed. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
