Welcome to Calert! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calert web application, browser extension, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Crosetta OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Calert is a productivity tool designed to help users manage their time and commitments more effectively. The Service connects to your Google Calendar to provide assertive, full-screen notifications for upcoming events. The Service may also use third-party APIs, such as the Gemini API from Google, to provide enhanced features like AI-powered meeting preparations and task breakdowns (“AI Prep”).

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. To access most features of Calert, you will be required to authenticate using your Google account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your account information secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Calert is offered under various subscription plans, which may include a free tier and paid subscription tiers (“Calert Pro,” “Calert for Teams”).

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree to be responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crosetta OPC Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Crosetta OPC Pvt. Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
